Central Khartoum is the capital of the Sudan and in its grand mosque al-Noor mosque Dr. Abdul Latif Ạlhemyem delivered Al-Juma’a speech in the presence of President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir and a number of ministers and sheikhs.
He said :’’I have come to you from the east the bright of great dreams, and because of their legends, and their destinies, and the flavor of their civilization in them, and from which mankind has been born twice, I have ‘came to you from Baghdad from Iraq’’.
I came to you from Iraq, which is born again to where the Sudan has come to him from his Arab door with the names of Allah belong, enter without permission, because access to heart does not need an entry ticket, enter Sudan from His Arabic, Islamic or navy doesn’t make any difference. All routes in Sudan send you to symphonies, and you see how repressed feelings have been erupting deep down for centuries.
He added: ” I stand on the shores of Al-Nahreen, blue and white, and I stand dazzled by this great Sudanese moon at the nearest point to the equator, the crossing of convoys and the gate of Arabs and Muslims to Africa’’.
