Senior religious scholars meet in Mecca to unite fatwa on hajj

The head of the Sunni Endowment Dewan, Dr. AbdulLatif al-Hemyam, met with a number of religious scholars at his residence in Mecca to discuss the unification of the fatwa on Manasik of hajj

The meeting, which was attended by a number of leading religious scholars in Iraq, discussed the whole range of issues related to the hajj and the lack of any use of chaos in the process of guiding pilgrims while performing Al- Manasik

Dr. Al-Hemyam referred to what our religion says in the performance of hajj: Muslims should follow the path of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in hajj, and not exaggerate and restrict the guests of Rahman with things that are not required of them.

Dr. AbdulLatif al-Hemyam called on everyone to show help to the pilgrims and provide them with the best services, calling on Allah to preserve the great Iraq and its people.
