The Iraqi Sunni Endowment holds the biggest conference of Iraqi tribes at Um Al Qura mosque in Baghdad.
Sponsored by Dr. Abdul latif Al Hemyem and with the National Islamic campaign against Extremism and Terrorism; The Iraqi Sunni Endowment holds the General conference of Iraqi tribes and under the title ( with our tribes support we will build Iraq the Honor and Grand) on Saturday 28/ 1/2017.
The conference started with national anthem; then Dr. Abdul latif Al Hemyem delivered a speech and welcomed the tribes saying that you are the heads of Iraq and his honor .
He added, this conference is not election publicity or political celebration, but this conference holds to confirm on Iraq unity going on saying that; we are here since we gave a promise and a word of honor to Iraq and this is not a word for sectarianism or religion or any political party.
He also said Iraq is protected by Allah well and Iraq Al-Kufa , Al Basrah, Al Anbar, Naynaw and Baghdad and we never felt comfort on Iraq as these days more than any other time and ISIS will be defeated and Iraq will win.
The Iraqi parliament speaker Saleem Al Jubori also delivered a speech thanked Dr. Abdul latif Al Hemyem for this important initiative saying that:” today we need to discuss our problems and find solutions for them through honest dialogue and your presence to this conference is a sign of your awareness to the important issues ”.
The president of Iraqi national coalition Mr. Ammar Al Hakeem said: ” Dr. Abdul latif Al Hemyem and the Iraqi Sunni Endowment had a credit for this great conference to gather the Iraq tribes, and how beautiful conference that gathered all Iraqi sectarians, showing that the Iraqi tribes are the basis of Iraq.
After that all speeches called for the unity of Iraq and standing together against whom wanted to separate the unity ; he also showed the great role of Dr. Abdul latif Al Hemyem for making this important conference to unify the Iraqi tribes .
