Dr. Abdul latif Al-Hemyem received a delegation from the Belgian Parliament headed by Mr. Frank Kremlian to discuss many issues with common interest on Tuesday 19/9/2017.
They discuss in the meeting many issues relating to the current situation in the country like Iraq after being liberating from ISIS and the problem of the displaced people, Dr. Ạl-Hemyem gave a detailed explanation of the work of the office and its role in fighting Extremism and terrorism via preparing Khateebs and changing curriculums to along with the life.
Dr. Ạl-Hemyem also reviewed the Islamic National campaign against extremism and extremism and its role in educating and saving society from falling into the trap of terrorism and extremism, as well as the program to assist the displaced people in all provinces and to provide all necessary support to them because the problem of displaced people is a big problem and needs potentials, Dr. Ạl-Hemyem pointed out that Iraq is going through many problems, and the solution is not impossible, but it is difficult, and it needs concerted efforts, and that it is necessary for everyone to take apart to get out of the current situation.
Mr. Frank Kremlian said: ‘’ terrorism is a deadly disease that must be addressed intellectually and militarily, showing that he agrees with Dr. Ạlhemyem that terrorism is beginning to extend to the region and the world, and to Iraq is an important and important role in fighting it, in advance.
