Dr. Abdul latif Al Heymem said: today was signed the joint cooperation agreement between the Diwan and UNSECO for rehabilitating of Al Nuri mosque and Al Hadba’a minaret in the city of Mosul, he showing that we have begun to work early to rehabilitate and build the monuments that have been Destroyed in the period prior to terrorism in the city of Mosul and this day we began the first step in cooperation with UNESCO to move forward with a national project for the restoration of life and reconstruction in
